This is an event for children aged 5 to 10 years old, which runs once every half term, on a Saturday from 4 - 6pm.
This started in Autumn 2022 as a follow on from the Scripture Union Holiday Club, held in August, for those local children of these ages who went along. We start with active and quiet games, some of them introducing the day’s theme. We eat a good meal together, followed by a Bible story, with related crafts and activities. We are currently looking at stories from the Scripture Union book, Diary of a Disciple – Luke’s Story, to introduce children to the person and life of Jesus and invite the children to think about following Jesus in their lives.
